Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Return requests must be made within 4 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original, folded condition and unused, with all packaging materials and tags intact.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 4 days of receiving the returned item at our facility, pending verification of the item’s condition.

Conditions for No Refund:

  • Refunds will not be processed if the returned item is received damaged. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure proper packing before handing it over to the pickup team.

Shipping Cost Deduction:

  • Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund for used items. An invoice from the delivery partner will be emailed as proof.

Processing Fee:

  • A processing fee of 10% of the product cost or INR 2000, whichever is higher, will be deducted for returned used products.

Full Refund Eligibility:

  • A full refund will be issued if the item is returned unused, undamaged, and includes all packaging materials and unbroken tags.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiration date.
  • Unsealed items unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
  • Items that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
